1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product is:
- Received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Not cut, stitched, altered, or otherwise modified.
- Accompanied by the original order details/invoice.
For fabric products, once the fabric has been cut, washed, stitched, or altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Request
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review the request and confirm whether the item qualifies for a return.
3. Wrong or Damaged Products
If we have sent you the wrong product, color, or quantity, or the item arrives damaged, we will arrange an appropriate resolution after verification.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product
- Exchange for another available product
- Refund of the eligible amount
4. Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong color, or no longer wants the product.
We strongly recommend checking the product details, color, size, fabric length, and specifications before placing your order.
5. Color Variation
Actual fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays. Minor color variations are therefore not considered a product defect.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is caused by an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cut fabric
- Washed or used fabric
- Stitched or altered fabric
- Customized orders
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items without their original packaging where applicable
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
